While we’ve already seen some big games launch on the Xbox Game Pass over these past few months, November is perhaps the first time that audiences will really feel Microsoft’s investment.
Xbox Game Pass becomes even more of a bargain after November 2021
November was always going to stand out for Xbox Game Pass subscribers because of Forza Horizon 5. The latest game in Playground Games’ fan-favorite racing sim is already available for pre-load ahead of its November 5 launch on multiple platforms, including the Xbox Game Pass. However, Microsoft made sure to drive the point home by adding even more games to the Xbox Game Pass library for November 2021. One of the biggest surprises is the arrival of Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Editions on the PC. Meanwhile, Microsoft also secured one of the best co-op games ever, It Takes Two, for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers via EA Play. Another addition to the already expansive Xbox Game Pass library this November 2021 is the remastered version of GTA San Andreas, which Rockstar confirmed last week. If you think that’s all, then you’re sadly mistaken. Microsoft is also going to give Xbox Game Pass subscribers a chance to play Football Manager on both Xbox consoles and the PC, as well as One Step from Eden, among several others. Here is a complete list of all the Xbox Game Pass games for November 2021 and their release dates:
Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Editions (PC) - November 2 Unpacking (cloud, console, and PC) - November 2 It Takes Two (cloud, console, and PC) - November 4 Kill It with Fire (cloud, console, and PC) - November 4 Football Manager 2022 (PC) - November 9 Football Manager 2022: Xbox Edition (cloud, console, and PC) Forza Horizon 5 (cloud, console, and PC) - November 9 GTA: San Andreas - The Definitive Edition (console) - November 11 One Step from Eden (console and PC) - November 11
Mind you, this is just the start. December is about to get just as good as well, with Halo Infinite launching on the Xbox Game Pass. If this keeps up, Sony’s own subscription services will only continue to lag behind. Speaking of Sony, Microsoft’s main competition just revealed its PS Plus games for November 2021, as well as incoming PS Now titles.
