The following are all the challenges and associated rewards in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone.
Warzone Challenges & Rewards
The Warzone challenges this time around are a bit unique and can only be completed in the Battle Royale mode of Warzone. They cannot be completed in Plunder or even in Iron Trials ’84. But the challenges are not as difficult and can be completed quite easily. The challenges utilize the broadcast stations spread around Verdansk. These broadcast stations can be activated to earn the rewards. Yup, that’s all you have to do to earn the rewards. Even if you haven’t activated the broadcast station, you simply need to walk near the station for a challenge to be completed, despite other players activating the station.
The stations are shown on your map, so you don’t have to worry about finding them yourself as you did prior to the event. Before activation, the broadcast stations are in red color.
After the stations have been activated, their icon color turns green. You need to walk by the station when the icon is green only then will you complete the challenge. The map overview also has a checklist on the side that helps you keep track of what broadcast stations have you visited or activated.

Unlike Warzone, the Black Ops Cold War challenges can be completed in both Multiplayer and Zombies mode.

Mind Puzzle (Epic Charm)
What Do They Mean? Win a Multiplayer Demolition match or earn 2 or more Zombies Round or Objective Milestones and Exfil successfully.
Secure Code (Epic Calling Card)
11-2-8-22-19-5-12 Get a total of 50 Eliminations in Multiplayer or Slaughter Medals in Zombies (killed 5 enemies rapidly).
Hypnodeath (Epic Emblem)
What Are They Saying? Get 10 kills with Lethal Equipment in Multiplayer or earn Lethal Equipment multi kill Medals in Zombies.
Open Minded (Epic Sticker)
3-17-9-14-16-1-4 Earn 25000 total Multiplayer Score or Zombies Essence.
Artificial Self (Legendary Animated Calling Card)
Can’t Get Them Out Of My Head Get 3 Multiplayer kills without dying or recover 500 health with food items in a region of Outbreak Survival 3 times.
Brain Stem (Epic Emblem)
7-15-2-8-15-3-8 Get 5 kills with Scorestreaks in Multiplayer or earn Support multi kill Medals in Zombies.
Keystone Kapers (Epic Arcade Game)
They Made Me Do It Get 15 kills with or assisted by your Field Upgrades in Multiplayer or earn Field Upgrade multi kill Medals in Zombies.
Television (Epic Charm)
21-3-16-4-14-18-6 Earn 3 multi kills in Multiplayer or Eliminate Elite enemies in Zombies.
Final Reward
The final reward earned is a new base melee weapon called the Dual Sai. The Dual Sai can be unlocked by completing all the Warzone challenges or the Black Ops Cold War challenges.
However, the individual rewards associated with each challenge can only be earned upon completion of the challenge. For instance, if you complete all the Warzone challenges and earn the Dual Sai, you won’t get any rewards from the Black Ops Cold War challenges. You must still complete those challenges to earn the rewards.
