Sony’s Latin America YouTube account initially leaked info about Sackboy: A Big Adventure, one of the few launch titles for the PlayStation 5, and its PC debut on October 27. The trailer also details several nifty features that are coming to the PC port such as Nvidia DSLL and VRR support, 4K resolution with support for up to 120 frames per second, as well as compatibility with 21:9 ultrawide monitors. Sony later confirmed the release date with the global rollout of the trailer on all its YouTube channels. Sackboy isn’t the only PlayStation exclusive that’s joining the PlayStation Studios party on the PC. After welcoming God of War and Marvel’s Spider-Man earlier this year, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store starting October 19. Afterward, Spider-Man: Miles Morales will swing by to give Peter Parker a hand sometime later this year. Fans are also looking forward to The Last of Us Part 1 being available on the PC but we’re still waiting for a proper release date. Most likely, it will arrive after Returnal has made its way to desktops after another recent leak. It’s definitely starting to look like Sony is ramping up its production of PC ports this holiday season. Hopefully, we’ll get word of Ghost of Tsushima next alongside the other PC ports included in the Nvidia GeForce Now leak.
